Live review : Spring King @ Le Point Ephémère
Vendredi soir nous nous sommes réunis au Point Ephémère pour enfin voir Spring King, sur la dernière date de leur tournée européenne.
On friday night we gathered to Le Point Ephémère to finally see Spring King on the last date of their European tour.
La première surprise de la soirée a été le public : pour la première fois j'ai vu un pogo au point éphémère. Rien de mal à ça au contraire : l'ambiance était électrique, le public fou et le groupe nous rendait ça. Dès la 2e chanson ils nous signalent que c'est d'hors-et-déjà le meilleur concert de leur tournée, et ce n'est même pas surprenant. Ils sont tous à fond, enchaînant les chansons issues de leur premier album avec une énergie incroyable (mention spéciale à james qui saute tout en jouant de la basse). Leur public en harmonie chantait les paroles en cœur tout en dansant et sautant comme si leur vie en dépendait (ou presque).
The first surprise of the night was the crowd : for the first time ever i saw a pogo at le point éphémère. On the contrary, there was nothing wrong about it : the atmosphere was electric, the audience crazy and the band gave us that back. From the second song they already notified us that it was already the best gig of their european tour, and it wasn't suprising. They were all extensively into their performance, chaining the songs from their debut album with an incredible energy (big up to james for jumping while playing the bass). With harmony, the public was singing the lyrics all together while dancing and jumping as if their life depends on it (or a kind of).
Bref, le concert de Spring King c'est le genre d'expériences qui te fait encore plus aimer le groupe, la musique et qui te donne envie de vivre plus d'expériences comme celles-là. Du coup si vous le voulez vous pouvez essayer de les attraper sur leur uk tour à partir de la semaine prochaine, en plus The Magic Gang ouvrent pour eux sur la plupart de leur tournée, raison de plus pour ne pas les louper!
